We recommend booking your cake at least 7 days in advance to ensure we have enough time to create it just the way you want. This allows us to give your order the attention and care it deserves. If you need a cake sooner, feel free to check our selection of ready-made cakes in store for available options.
No, unfortunately we don’t offer delivery, only pick up.

Yes – we cater as best as we can to dietary requirements. We offer, nut free, dairy free and gluten free cakes. Unfortunately, we do not offer vegan cakes.
Some of our products contain nuts, but not all. Whatever has nuts is specified.
All cakes should be stored in the refrigerator unless specified otherwise. This is done to maintain freshness and quality of product.
You can definitely bring any wafer stencils or decorations you wish to have on your cake. However, these must be delivered beforehand.
If we have already made your cake and we are unaware that your function has been cancelled, unfortunately we cannot refund you. If, however, we have enough notice, and you message us in advance we are happy to keep your order until needed. Please note, we can offer a store credit, but there are strictly no refunds for orders.
To confirm your order, it must be paid in full. We do not accept deposits, orders must be paid for in full to confirm your order.
Our cakes are securely transported and given to you in high quality cake boxes, which are then to be stored in the correct manner. Please note when transporting your order, it must be level to avoid any possible damage.
We sure do! Please let us know when you place your order if you would like a custom message on your cake. Please note extra messages or detail will incur an extra fee.
